This hotel is in a great location, right next to a charming square with a church. It is within walking distance to all the areas of the city and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, providing lots of information and assistance. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The breakfast on the terrace is a lovely touch and the view from there is amazing.

Great location near important city sites. Welcoming hotel with friendly staff, especially at breakfast. English-speaking staff. Quiet back room with large room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast on the 6th floor terrace with balcony view. Convenient parking garage across the street.
Felt like at home, nothing too much trouble.

We loved staying at this hotel! It's located in an urban area, right in the historic center. We were able to walk to all the attractions that we wanted to see. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they provided excellent room service, housekeeping, and laundry services. We also liked the tours/ticket assistance they offered. The room was very comfortable, with great amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The free toiletries were also a nice touch.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a nice stay at a hotel in the city centre. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from all the important places like Toledo and other city attractions. The hotel had a warm and cute atmosphere, and the staff, especially the breakfast person, were good. They were all fluent in English, making communication easy.
